Fall Neuroscience Research Retreat Results

Dear Participants,

On behalf of the Neuroscience Research Retreat Committee, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all who made this event a success! Over 100 neuroscientists, clinicians and trainees attended this inaugural Fall Neuroscience Research Retreat. We would like to thank Dr. Marek Radomski (Vice Dean Research, College of Medicine) and Dr. Jack Gray (Vice Dean Research, College of Arts and Science) for their uplifting introductory remarks to kick off the Retreat. They spoke about the need to cultivate trans-disciplinary research and efforts to support this goal. We would also like to acknowledge the faculty who served as podium and poster judges and the trainees from various labs who helped make the Retreat a resounding success! Finally, this event would not be possible without the funding support from the University of Saskatchewan Interdisciplinary Health Research Cluster Fund.
